Typical training session :

 

=> Formal, fast paced warm-up, with a steady increase in intensity

 

=> Cardio workout, incorporating circuit training and shuttle exercises

 

=> Full body muscle stretches from head to toe, to improve flexibility and lower injury risk

 

=> Formal technique demonstrations and practise under instructor supervision and feedback

 

=> Optional but encouraged Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sparring
